A unique opportunity exists for a Restaurant Manager at the Kimberley Sands Resort, which is nestled amongst the beachside dunes just minutes from the turquoise waters and white sands of famous Cable Beach. The resort in one of WA's most iconic tourist towns is surrounded by the tranquillity of tropical gardens and captures the essence of Broome with its stunning design and luxury facilities.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing and organising daily restaurant operations to control costs and provide a high-quality experience to guests.
* Lead, train and motivate the Front of House team to ensure high levels of performance, professionalism, and guest service.
* Oversee daily staffing requirements, schedules and assignments, ensuring adequate coverage and operational efficiency.
* Foster a culture of teamwork, respect and accountability among all staff.
* Create an innovative Beverage, Wine & Cocktail Menu, keeping abreast of trends.
* Establish and maintain cleanliness standards in the restaurant and back-of-house areas.
* Ensure all stock is rotated to ensure freshness and wine and beverages are stored at the correct temperatures.
* Oversee inventory and ordering of beverages and consumables .
* Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that supplies are used efficiently to minimise waste.
* Meet restaurant and event revenue targets.
* Deliver a product and service that meets quality, standards and expectations of guests.
* Work closely with other departments e.g. Front desk, maintenance & kitchen) to ensure smooth operations and address any cross-departmental issues.
What We Are Looking For
* Experience in a restaurant management role in the hospitality industry.
* Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage procedures and practices.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
* Understanding of health and safety regulations.
