As they continue to grow their Managed Services practice, they are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Support Engineer to support and optimise business-critical Customer Service, Contact Center and Power Platform environments.Key Skills & ExperienceExperience supporting Dynamics 365 Customer Service / Contact CenterStrong capability across Power Platform – Power Automate, Power Apps, integrationsL2 / L3 support experience with strong troubleshooting and incident response skillsUnderstanding of case management, unified routing and D365 configurationClear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholdersFamiliarity with ISM, Essential 8, NIST standards (desirable)Australian Citizenship required; security clearance highly regardedWhat you'll doDeliver L2 / L3 support across D365 and Power Platform environmentsOptimise configurations, workflows and automationsIdentify issues, trends and opportunities for platform improvementMaintain and evolve Power Platform components and integrationsWork directly with clients in a proactive, high-touch managed services modelThis is a great opportunity for a proactive support engineer who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and delivering excellent client experiences.
