What You'll Need:
* Skillful Educator - Diploma in Early Childhood Education
* Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Passion and enthusiasm to lead a classroom effectively engaging with educators, families, and children to implement the educational program
* BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CHILDREN AND FAMILIES IS KEY TO OUR SUCCESS
* Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement
* Seek and share best practice examples to improve the education program
* Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members
