About The Role This is a senior, hands-on consulting role where you’ll work across the full project lifecycle — from pre-sales and solution design through delivery, go-live and ongoing support.

Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, Dataflows)
You’ll collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Technical Consultants, Delivery Managers, and our AI & Innovation team, contributing to some genuinely exciting innovation initiatives.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading client workshops and translating business needs into functional designs
Supporting pre-sales through demos, solution positioning and high-level requirements
Delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE implementations
Configuring and customising Dynamics 365 solutions
Designing Power Platform solutions that deliver real business outcomes
Supporting UAT, training and post-go-live activities
Working in Agile / Iterative delivery environments using Azure DevOps
Providing high-quality support to Managed Services customers via JIRA Service Desk
What We’re Looking For
7+ years’ experience or 10+ Dynamics 365 CE implementations (open to high-potential consultants ready to step up)
Strong expertise in Customer Insights – Journeys, Field Service, Customer Service, Contact Centre or Sales
Solid pre-sales capability with the ability to articulate solution value
Hands-on experience with the Power Platform
Excellent business analysis and process design skills
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Visio, XRM Toolbox, Visual Studio
Knowledge of Copilot and AI capabilities across Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365
Relevant Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications (highly desirable)
