We are seeking an experienced Integrated Planner to play a key role in our operations team. The ideal candidate will have high-level organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and substantial experience in supply chain optimisation and fleet management.
About the Role
* Manage Resources: Allocate the fleet as per requirements and ensure all vehicles are in good working order.
* Schedule Operations: Create, manage and optimise detailed project schedules for the supply chain, assigning tasks to drivers and operators, scheduling and optimising their routes, and ensuring tasks are performed within the set time frame.
* Monitor Performance: Continuously monitor the execution of tasks, and the performance of drivers and equipment, troubleshooting and resolving challenges in supply chain schedules and operations.
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of mining operations and transport logistics, with excellent problem-solving skills and outstanding communication abilities.
