About the Role Reporting to the Business Development Manager – Eastern Markets, you will be responsible for promoting Experience Co’s iconic skydiving experiences across Chinese-speaking digital platforms, including Little Red Book (Xiaohongshu), WeChat, and other relevant channels. You will also support sales trade activity with our partners. This role requires strong sales drive, digital marketing skills, and a positive, proactive attitude. Above all, you’ll bring a passion for adventure tourism and engaging Chinese-speaking audiences through targeted marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Managing daily operations of Skydive Australia’s Chinese social media platforms, creating engaging and culturally relevant content. Partnering with influencers, digital platforms, and stakeholders to drive brand visibility and audience engagement. Driving online sales through Chinese OTAs and digital channels, using analytics to optimise conversions. Conducting China market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities. Supporting the Business Development Manager with trade partner communications, rates, campaigns, and enquiries. Assisting with local sales calls, agent famil requests, and training sessions to promote Skydive Australia products. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent brand representation. What We’re Looking For Bilingual skills in Chinese and English – written and oral – are essential. Previous experience in Chinese digital marketing channels. Hands-on experience with platforms such as Little Red Book (Xiaohongshu) is highly desirable. Strong customer service and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently. Sales-driven mindset with strong organisational and planning abilities. Current driver’s licence and ability to travel as required.
