We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Advisor to join our team on a full-time basis.
Job Description
This position will be responsible for delivering exceptional HR support, comprehensive guidance, and expert counsel to our portfolio of over 65+ properties across Australia and New Zealand.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of human resources management principles and practices, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert advice to management and employees on a wide range of HR matters, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal regulations.
* Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across a diverse portfolio of properties, providing timely HR support and fostering a collaborative environment.
* Handle employee matters sensitively and proactively, addressing grievances and disciplinary actions while striving to maintain a harmonious work environment.
* Assist in the performance management process, ensuring development plans to enhance employee performance and professional growth.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and industry standards, maintaining accurate records at all times.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or a related field.
* At least 5 years relevant experience in human resources, preferably in the hospitality industry.
* High-level written and oral communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and externally.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Effective planning and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and ability to work with a sense of urgency.
* Ability to deal sensitively and maturely with confidential information and records.
