We carry out concrete cutting, demolition, asbestos removal and project management with the Cairns region and beyond.About the roleWe are seeking a detailed orientated Finance Manager to join our team. This is a full time role with flexible start and finish times offered to the right will include:-Maintain and update financial records.Process Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.Manage weekly payroll.Manage superannuation, BAS, Payroll Tax lodgements/ bank and credit card weekly, monthly and quarterly reportsMaintain accurate filing systems for receipts, invoices and financial documents.Work closely with the accountant to prepare for end of quarter and audits required.All aspects of office administration management including answering of phones, maintaining IMS system, maintaining employee files, answering of phones, co-ordination tasks, organisation of medicals for mine staffAbout youReliable and strong work ethicAttention to detail and high level of accuracyConfidence using Xero and Excel.Ability to work as part of a team and independently.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Xero accounting software and Payroll experience essential.Microsoft outlook and excel experience required.Certificate IV in Bookkeeping desired but not essential.Construction industry knowledge preferred but not essential.Must be an Australian resident and based in Cairns as this is a on site role.What we offerSupportive and friendly workplace culture.A role that can be tailored to your experience.Attractive renumeration based on your experience and skills.Immediate start availablePlease email or apply now.
