The Engine Technician role is essential to supporting our growing and diverse customer base throughout APAC. We are seeking an Engine Technician capable of completing tasks related to the assembly, disassembly, repair, balancing, airflow, and testing of gas turbine engines in accordance with manufacturer specifications and company procedures.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
The ideal candidate will hold a Certificate IV in Aeroskills or an Australian recognized Aircraft Trade qualification, with at least 2 years of experience in an engine overhaul environment. Experience with PT6 engine models and knowledge of Pratt & Whitney Canada publications, including overhaul and maintenance manuals, parts catalogues, and service bulletins, is preferred but not essential.
You should be a highly customer-focused team player, flexible, motivated, and willing to take on new initiatives. Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a self-starter are essential.
