 
        
        Job summaryFlexible hours availableWorking rights required for this roleExpected salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per yearThis is an immediate start positionRestaurant Manager – MR SOUV (Bundoora, VIC)We're looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager to join the team at MR SOUV, our Greek street food restaurant in Bundoora.This is a full time role for someone who loves hospitality, knows how to lead a team, and actually cares about helping a small business grow.What the role looks likeRun the floor and make sure service is smooth, fun and welcoming.Help us train and develop staff so everyone is consistent and confident.Bring structure: implement systems and processes that make life easier for the team and better for customers.Manage rosters and hours while keeping an eye on costs and profitability.Work with us on ideas to grow the business and lift margins without losing the soul of what we do.What we're looking forAt least 1 year of management or leadership experience in hospo.A leader who's not afraid to jump in and work alongside the team.Organised, switched-on, and able to solve problems in the moment.A real love for hospitality, people, and food (bonus points if you love Greek cuisine). 
Someone who gets small business – we're not a faceless chain, and we want someone who cares about building something with us.HoursAfternoons and evenings across the week (Tuesday to Sunday).
