Pearl Energy, a leading Australian retailer in the petroleum industry, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Manager to lead its retail operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead by example, mentoring and inspiring a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
* Plan, organize, implement, control, and manage entire store operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and meeting key performance indicators.
* Responsible for inventory management, including ordering and controlling stock, liaising with suppliers based on product demand on a weekly basis.
* Analyze sales and customer demand patterns to determine product mix (including fuel, food items, and beverages) and budget the store accordingly.
* Conduct trend analysis to improve profitability of the store, monitoring and reporting on service standards to enhance store efficiency.
* Maintain records of financial transactions and conduct bank reconciliations.
* Provide customer information about product use.
* Develop and implement promotional and marketing strategies to boost sales, including planning and executing discounts, promotional offers, and improving store visibility.
* Recruit, train, and motivate staff to meet sales targets.
* Meet sales targets, motivating staff to do so.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.

Benefits
We offer a full-time contract with an annual salary between $75,000 - $85,000, depending on skills and experience, plus compulsory super contribution as applicable.
