The role
Position Summary
The Sales Administration Coordinator plays a vital role in the operation of our Sales Site by providing support to the sales staff in daily support duties. The role partners with the Senior sales support team to ensure inventory levels are maintained, communicate with stakeholders, record guest flow and booking data, handle cash, and perform administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the face and heart of the business through interactions.
- Maintain and audit premium inventory levels, reviewing weekly inventory reports.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Record guest flow, booking numbers, and team details accurately.
- Balance tasks with recurring and ad‐hoc administrative duties such as data entry and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with cash handling and transactions.
