We are excited to be opening with a brand new look, state of the art kitchen and experienced team to drive our customer experience to current heights. We are seeking strong and well versed Chef De Partie to join our team at Meat Flour Wine in Braeside.
Responsibilities
- Running your own section with pride and precision
- Prepping, cooking, and plating food to perfection
- Working with quality produce and creative menus
- Helping train and support junior chefs
- Keeping things clean, consistent, and calm under pressure
What we\'re looking for
- At least 2 years\' experience as a Chef De Partie or equivalent in a high-quality restaurant or hotel kitchen
- A passion for creating and delivering exceptional food
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A recognised culinary qualification or certificate
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene best practices
