API Business Analyst (Contract)
We're supporting a leading organisation in the software industry that's rolling out a major API integration program. They're looking for a Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between customers, vendors, and technical teams to ensure smooth, scalable integrations.
What you'll be doing
* Partnering with customers and software vendors to gather integration requirements
* Driving end-to-end API integrations (scoping → delivery → go-live)
* Translating business needs into clear technical requirements
* Ensuring integrations are documented, tested, and delivered on time
* Acting as the key contact point across multiple projects
What you'll bring
* Proven BA experience in API or system integration projects
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
