Procare's Factual Investigation Division are seeking Factual Investigators knowledgeable in Workers Compensation and CTP investigations to join our expanding team in South Australia ! As a Factual Investigator your day is designed by you - this role offers a unique opportunity for variety and autonomy over your working day! We have full time, casual and contractor roles available for skilled Factual Investigators. The Role: Attend various locations, predominantly within Adelaide and a proportion of work across SA ; Interview appropriate key parties taking statements, collate relevant evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner; Maintain effective and appropriate communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties; and Prepare and draft factual reports. About You: Hold a Certificate III in Investigations; Hold a current and valid Investigators Licence (Class 2E) and Master Licence if working as a contractor ; Have a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle ; Have excellent written and verbal communication skills; Strong attention to detail and are self-motivated to meet deadlines.
