Here in Australia, we're just warming up.Globally, we're a team of 150+ creatives, creators, storytellers and strategists working from our offices (and homes!) across the U.S., U.K., and Australia.We're searching for an Account Manager who is looking to take the leap with a multi-disciplinary and fast growing team that is singularly focused on doing great work with great people.The RoleAs Account Manager (Social Media & Special Projects), you will be:Living and breathing social media, with your finger firmly on the pulse of the latest trends in earned attention, industry best practice, and brands taking social to the next level. You'll translate this knowledge into actionable insights, recommendations, and programs for our ambitious partners.Working with global and emerging brands across our portfolio, including travel and tourism, lifestyle and wellness, retail, tech/entertainment, and fashion. You should have a deep understanding of the Australian media landscape, a well-tuned cultural radar, and the ability to apply this to our client's brands.Collaborating closely with senior leaders to support various client programs, taking the lead on elevating client social media initiatives through counsel, creative concepting, community management, and account management.Thinking boldly about social media as more than just channels and vanity metrics, but as a means for brands to build cultural cache and drive real business results.Understanding the role of social media within the broader marketing mix and advocating for its integration with PR and marketing strategies.Supporting content production and editing for client socials or managing external teams for larger projects.Writing effectively with a knack for nailing brand tone of voice, and occasionally creating your own.Leveraging your passion for social to enhance influencer and creator partnerships, from strategy to content delivery.Driving client communications regarding social project strategies, status updates, and deliverables, building trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Bringing your unique perspective and bright ideas to creative brainstorms, and maintaining energy and optimism in problem-solving.Being a motivated self-starter.
