What you'll be doing
* Running your section with confidence during fast paced services
* Prepping, plating and delivering consistent, high quality dishes
* Working closely with the Sous and Head Chef to keep the kitchen smooth and efficient
* Stepping up to support other sections when needed
* Keeping food safety, cleanliness and organisation on point
What we're looking for
* A driven CDP or strong Demi ready for the next step
* Experience in bistro, pub or high volume dining
* Calm under pressure with solid knife skills and prep speed
* Team focused attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
* Reliable, organised and committed to high standards
