The Canberra Southern Cross Club is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at Jamison. This full-time, hands-on leadership role requires someone who thrives in a busy environment and is committed to maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will oversee daily operations, train and support staff, and ensure compliance with WHS standards. You should possess a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior kitchen role.
