Department Supervisor
, you will support the store management team by leading your department in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining merchandising and visual standards, and driving sales results. You will coach and develop your team to deliver excellent in-store experiences. The role is rostered across Tuesday to Saturday with varying shift times; by applying, you are confirming your availability to work across these days.
Responsibilities
Model exceptional customer service, every customer, every time
Support and guide the team to deliver exceptional service and a "service over task" environment
Actively gain, maintain and share product & brand knowledge for your department
Support management to improve financial performance within your department
Work with back-of-house team to ensure product availability
Uphold company standards and deliver store visual excellence
What we're looking for
2-3 years of experience within retail or a similar industry
Passion for delivering an amazing service experience for customers
Positive attitude with the ability to create a motivating environment for the team
Excellent time management skills to ensure daily priorities are executed in a timely manner
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage customers and team members
