As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations in our facility. This role requires someone who is highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
The Role
We are seeking a skilled individual to assist our production team with daily tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Planning work to meet customer delivery expectations;
* Unloading and receiving goods;
* Assisting tradespeople with tasks throughout the workshop;
* Packing and dispatching finished goods including booking freight;
* Participating in stock takes as required;
* Attending and participating in meetings (toolbox, production, job planning, safety) and providing input as appropriate.
This is a residential role working a 4-day working week, located in Esperance, Western Australia.
Key Skills and Qualifications

* Previous work experience in a similar role;
* Good organizational skills;
* Problem-solving ability;
* Flexible and cooperative team attitude;
* Ability to prioritize workload;
* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety procedures, operating and maintenance instructions, and technical manuals;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly Desirable:
* Driver's License;
* Previous experience with SAP.
