About Four Seasons Housekeeping Training Role
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of housekeeping team members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions to ensure all housekeeping staff are equipped with the necessary skills to provide exceptional service quality.
* Create and maintain up-to-date training materials, including manuals, guides, and online resources.
* Conduct regular coaching and feedback sessions to support the growth and development of individual team members.
* Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop solutions that meet the requirements of the hotel.
* Participate in performance evaluations and contribute to the development of action plans to improve individual and team performance.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
* Demonstrated expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
