Account Coordinator – Inside Sales
Provide the "engine room" support for our Inside Sales teams, helping to manage relationships with a portfolio of existing residential real estate agency clients across Australia.
About the Role
You will work under a Sales Leader, supporting a remote team of 25 salespeople who use phone calls and virtual meetings to engage clients. The role blends admin support with hands‐on sales activity and offers a hybrid work arrangement with a good balance of work from home and in‐office.
Typical Day
* Assist Account and Sales Executives with creating tailored proposals, handling client correspondence, vetting new leads, and producing sales data reports.
* Facilitate admin tasks to ensure client and team requests are completed quickly and effectively.
* Respond to ad‐hoc tasks and queries, including billing and invoicing, and work cross‐functionally with Credit and Customer Experience teams.
* Provide feedback, elevate issues, and help shape processes to drive improvements and efficiencies.
* Expand product knowledge across Domain solutions to become an industry expert in residential real estate.
Ideal Person – Essential Skills
* Previous experience in a coordinator role or similar team support function.
* Ability to attend the Domain office at least three times per week.
* Experience with general admin tasks and excellent time‐management, speed, and organisational skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a great rapport with people.
* Full working rights for a full‐time permanent position.
Nice to Haves
* Industry experience in SaaS, print or digital media, or real estate.
