IT Service Desk Analyst – ServiceNow, M365 | Baseline Clearance - Canberra5+ years of IT experience with at least 1 year of experience in an IT Service Desk, IT Customer Support agent, or a similar role.
Minimum 1 year of experience using ServiceNow to report and update incidents and problems.
At least medium-level proficiency with Microsoft corporate applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint.
Demonstrable experience using and supporting Multi-Function Devices (MFDs).
Proven ability to troubleshoot Level 1 Internet connectivity issues, typical corporate applications (M365, Adobe, etc.), and other connectivity problems.
ITIL 4 certification.
Experience with ServiceNow configuration and/or reporting.
