About the Role
As an Information Technology Support Consultant, you'll be responsible for providing reliable, high quality technical support experiences to our clients. You will understand the needs of educators, students and the various roles within business clients to ensure that they are comfortable and confident using their technology to its highest potential.
We are looking for someone with great communication and interpersonal skills who has a practical and creative approach to solving problems. Your tasks will vary from basic to complex, across many technical disciplines acting autonomously and as part of a team.

This role is based in Darwin and will involve frequent work in remote Northern Territory communities. You will need to perform 3 to 6 remote trips per quarter which range between 2 and 6 days per trip. For these remote trips we;
* provide all team members support, training and resources for you to work confidently and safely in community.
* provide a variety of incentives to value remote work which include per-diems, time in lieu and overtime.
Skills and Experience
We are seeking someone with prior industry experience in a client-facing technical support role, both in person and in a help desk capacity. It is critical that the successful applicant has the capacity to commit to the remote trips described above.
The following specific experience would be favourable:
• End user support on platforms such as;
o Microsoft 365
o Google Workspace
o Jamf and;
• Designing, deploying and supporting;
o MacOS
o Windows
o Networks and;
o SaaS solutions.
* An active Working with Children Check (OCHRE Card) will be required.
