Job Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of our facility, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Direct day-to-day activities of the Health Club, Aquatics, Programs, and Private Hires with support from the Management Team.
* Handle all general enquiries, sales and bookings in a professional and courteous manner.
* Requirements:
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their best.
* Sound knowledge of work health and safety legislative guidelines, evacuation procedures, and emergency protocols.
* Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, mornings, and evenings.
* Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate.
* Working with Children's check and National Police Check clearance.
* Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate.
