The role
Reporting to the Manager, Performance Reporting & Insights, you will be responsible for analysing, interrogating and interpreting complex data from different sources and translating that data into effective management information and providing high quality advice, guidance and support to the Manager in relation to improving system performance.
The successful person
You will have advanced written and verbal communication skills, including strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders. You will have proven ability to visualise, articulate, conceptualise and problem solve in order to prepare and present data for the purposes of performance reporting. You will utilise your high-level knowledge and understanding of performance reporting and data analytics within a health-related environment and have the ability to extract information from data collections to advise on performance improvement opportunities and risks.
