We are seeking a skilled and motivated retail manager to join our team in Northern Territory. As a sales leader, you will be responsible for driving sales and KPIs, customer engagement, and team development.
About the Role:
* Lead, inspire, and coach a team of passionate casuals to achieve sales and KPI targets.
* Motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
* Monitor store sales daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly, recognizing outstanding results and addressing missed opportunities.
* Manage wages within budget and adhere to rostering standards.
* Ensure compliance with OH&S legislation and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive sales and KPIs through effective leadership and coaching.
2. Maintain high store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
3. Ensure efficient stock levels, wages, and shrinkage management.
4. Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and abilities.
5. Work collaboratively with the Area Manager to identify growth opportunities.
