Employment Type: Part Time, Full Time or Contractor options
Remuneration: Negotiable, dependent on experience
Location: Office + WFH
We are open to discussions with Speech Therapists from all levels of experience who enjoy the flexibility of working in the community and close to home
On a daily basis you will:
* Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely manner
* Deliver speech pathology services to participants within schools, homes, and the local community
* Use clinical observations, standardised assessments, and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
* Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants improve their quality of life
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
* Mentor graduates and early career clinicians
* Maintain awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance

Qualifications:
* Current certified membership with Speech Pathology Australia
* Experience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduation
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Proactive attitude and motivation for improvement
* Desire to mentor graduates and early career clinicians
* Looking for a collaborative and supportive work environment
* Genuine passion for working in the disability sector
