About the Role
We are seeking a SeniorCivilDesigner to take ownership of complex design packages, lead small teams, and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes across multidisciplinary projects, based at our SunshineCoast office.
Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of civil design from concept through to construction (roads, drainage, utilities, earthworks)
* Produce and review precise, construction-ready drawings and models
* Coordinate with engineers and multidisciplinary team members to solve design challenges and optimise outcomes
* Deliver complete, high-quality documentation packages for approvals and construction
* Contribute to team capability and technical excellence
* Drive efficiency through digital engineering, innovation, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
Required Skills
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical deliverables and lead small teams
* Strong experience across:
* Earthworks and grading
* Roadworks and site development
* Stormwater systems (minor and major)

* Analytical and solutions-focused, with sound engineering judgement
