The City's Community Development Directorate is seeking an experienced community safety professional to lead its Ranger and Community Patrol Teams. The Coordinator Ranger & Patrol Services will be responsible for driving performance, advising team members on complex issues, collaborating across the organisation, and generating innovative solutions.
Key responsibilities include operational leadership, guidance on legislation, collaboration with other teams, and creative problem-solving. The successful candidate will possess a post-graduate qualification in business or leadership management, extensive experience in leading field-based teams, and current driver's licence.
