About You
Working closely with our Head Chef, you will assist in leading a team of chefs during service where you will execute menu items from start to finish. You will have proven experience working in a similar environment that is a fast paced fine dining environment. You will have exceptional service standards with faultless attention to detail. You will have a positive attitude, be a confident communicator and be willing to work as part of a team, cementing your ability to work well under pressure. Availability for peak times is a must.
Of course, it goes without saying that you will also possess the relevant qualifications as well as your Food Safety Certificate.
