We are a small family business who is seeking the right person to join our operation servicing the agricultural & food sector's with both bulk liquids & palletized freight.
The person we are hoping may apply will be motivated to be apart of a great environment with an ambition to operate the business as if it was their own.
Role
Reporting to the Managing Director
- Staff Hiring
- Driver training
- Relief Driving
- Manage daily operations
- Be involved with purchasing & selling equipment
- Assist with introducing PBS equipment
- Be willing to do deliveries occasionally to understand the business & customer base
- Be involved with business strategies & contract negotiations
Essentially, we are seeking someone to be invested in the future of a successful family business that will reward the right person based on their commitment.
Qualifications
- Must hold current HC / MC licence
- Demonstrate previous driver training & staff hiring abilities
- Previous transport management role of 2yrs
