We are seeking a compassionate, reliable and detail-oriented Domestic Assistance Support Worker to join our growing team.
The Role
You will provide in-home domestic support services to clients requiring assistance to maintain a safe, clean and healthy living environment.
This role requires professionalism, empathy and discretion, particularly when working with elderly or vulnerable clients.
Key Responsibilities
* General house cleaning (bathrooms, kitchens, floors, dusting)
* Laundry and linen changes
* Dishwashing and light meal preparation
* Bed making
* Organisation and light household support
* Hoarder clean-ups (where required)
* Following individual care plans and service agreements
* Accurate time recording and job reporting
* Maintaining strict confidentiality
Essential Requirements
* Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
* Current Police Check
* NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
* Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously
* Professional presentation
Desirable
* Experience in aged care, disability or community services
* First Aid & CPR
* Infection control knowledge

Pay: $29.76 – $43.21 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
