Why this Role Matters
We are recruiting for an experienced General Manager – Portfolio to provide strategic and operational leadership across the Western Sydney University portfolio. This pivotal role is accountable for driving outstanding financial and operational outcomes, maximising occupancy, and delivering a best‐in‐class resident experience. Leading a high‐performing team and partnering closely with key institutional stakeholders, you will play a critical role in strengthening UniLodge's reputation as the manager of choice in student accommodation.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the operational and financial performance of multiple properties within the portfolio.
* Drive occupancy and revenue through strategic rate management and marketing initiatives.
* Build and lead a high-performing team, ensuring effective recruitment, training, and development.
* Maintain compliance with legislation, WHS, and UniLodge policies while ensuring property standards.
* Develop and manage strong relationships with owners, universities, and key stakeholders.
About You
* Proven experience in multi‐site property or portfolio management.
* Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness.
* Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
* Unrestricted Working Rights in Australia
* Valid National Police Check + WWCC (NSW)
