Your main responsibilities:
* Assist with food prep and kitchen cleaning.
* Keep kitchen areas clean, organised and hygienic.
* Handle dishwashing, waste disposal and stock rotation.
* Keep the kitchen running smoothly and efficiently.
* Work across exciting events, from weddings to corporate functions.
* Assisting with food prep.
Your attributes:
* Positive attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
* Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Your experience:
* Previous work in a kitchen, café, restaurant or catering environment is an advantage.
* Familiarity with food hygiene, safety and cleaning standards.
* Experience with basic food preparation (chopping, washing, portioning).
* Handling dishwashing, waste disposal and stock rotation.
* Working in fast-paced or team-oriented environments.
* Any exposure to events or catering kitchens is a bonus but not essential.
