**About the role**:
Reporting to the Practice Manager, your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- First point of contact for phone enquiries
- Meet and greet clients
- Set appointments for practitioners and manage follow up appointments
- Process supply orders
- Organising couriers
- Ensure treatment rooms and kitchen are kept clean and tidy
- Assist the Practice Manager with stock control, billing
- Assist with social media posts
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Practice Manager
**About you**:
- Previous experience in a client facing role
- Passionate about helping people
- Exceptional customer service skills
- You are highly organised with strong administrative skills
- Attention to detail and good with numbers a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- You are personable in your nature, caring and empathetic
- Previous dealings with NDIS would be advantageous but not essential
