Slope Stabilisation / Civil Ground Engineering
Are you an experienced Estimator with a background in civil or ground engineering projects? We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist contractor delivering technically complex slope stabilisation and ground-support works across the Gold Coast and wider Queensland.
This is an opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of projects, working across a diverse range of civil, mining, energy and infrastructure environments.
The Role You will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders, estimates and cost plans for projects in:
* Rock fall protection barriers and catch fences
* Rockfall mesh drapes for difficult-access slopes
* Scaling and rock removal, including drill and blast
* Rock bolts, soil nails and anchors (incl. rope-access works)
* Shotcrete and associated ground engineering packages
About You
* Proven experience in estimation within civil, ground engineering, piling, or geotechnical construction
* Strong knowledge of cost planning, tendering and subcontractor management
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Commercially astute, with attention to detail and problem-solving capability
* Based in, or willing to relocate to, the Gold Coast region
