Overview
Ganaji Contracting is seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters to support a major industrial construction project in Karratha, WA. This large-scale process facility involves modular installation, pipe rack infrastructure and heavy industrial mechanical works. Safety, compliance and quality are non-negotiable on this project.
Responsibilities
* Mechanical installation across major industrial construction scopes
* Assembly and installation of pumps, compressors, motors and rotating equipment
* Alignment and installation of mechanical drive systems and couplings
* Installation of valves, pipe supports and mechanical plant infrastructure
* Working from mechanical drawings, P&IDs and construction documentation
* Identification and rectification of mechanical non-conformances
* Supporting commissioning teams during mechanical completion phases
* Work delivered within large-scale process plant construction environments

Essential Requirements
* Mechanical trade qualification (Mechanical Fitter / Fitter & Turner)
* EWP (Elevated Work Platform)
* Working at Heights
* Confined Spaces
* First Aid within 36 months
* Construction Card (White / Blue)
* Experience within industrial construction, mining or major process plant projects
* Current residence in Western Australia
* Full Australian working rights
Project Details
* Location: Karratha, WA
* Roster: 3 weeks on / 1 week off
* Hours: 70 hours per week
* FIFO from Western Australia
* Immediate starts available
* Project duration 9 months+
