The People & Culture team provides extensive strategic and operational support across areas such as policy development and planning, employee and industrial relations, performance management and monitoring, recruitment, reporting, and safety and wellbeing. The team handles a high volume of general enquiries and works collaboratively to deliver a broad range of people-focused services to the organisation.
About the Role
As a Senior People & Culture Advisor, you will provide high-level advice and guidance to managers on a range of people-related matters and oversee employee rehabilitation, return-to-work programs and workers' compensation cases. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to team members, promoting best practices and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
To succeed in this role, we are looking for applicants who have following skills and experience:
• Proven ability to develop, implement and review strategic and client service initiatives aligned with organisational objectives.
• Experience in designing and delivering people & culture programs
• Strong skills in applying change management principles and effective communication strategies to support organisational initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to provide high-level advice on complex workforce issues and develop tailored solutions.
• Experience in facilitating workshops, forums, training sessions, and other engagement activities.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to maintain strong internal and external networks.
• Leadership experience, including supervising and supporting team members to achieve operational and project outcomes.
• A commitment to fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and compliance with quality standards.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and deliver high-quality client services.
• Strong written communication skills demonstrated in preparation of high-quality reports, submissions, briefing notes and correspondence.
