We’re seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategy across digital and traditional channels. This role will drive brand awareness, client engagement, and lead generation, working closely with our leadership team to support business growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in campaign management, content creation, and team leadership.
The role will be full time, on site at our Head Office.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Lead, mentor, and manage a marketing team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
* Oversee the creation of high quality content across various formats including social media posts (photos/videos), newsletters, blogs, infographics, and articles.
* Drive and execute the overall digital marketing strategy across SEO/SEM, PPC, email marketing, display advertising, and social media.
* Drive a robust lead generation strategy across multiple channels (paid, owned, and earned) to attract new clients and participants.
* Develop and manage the company’s social media presence, creating content calendars, engaging with audiences, and analysing performance metrics.
* Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and strategic objectives, while maintaining accuracy, relevance, and SEO best practices.
* Manage and optimise website content and structure for user experience, lead generation, and search engine performance.
* Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage existing clients and nurture new leads.
* Conduct regular market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities for growth.
* Oversee performance tracking across all campaigns using analytics tools, delivering regular reports with insights and ROI/KPI analysis.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with broader business goals.
* Plan, coordinate, and manage all events and activations for My Guardian, including community engagement activities, expos, and sponsorship opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with event partners, vendors, and sponsors to enhance brand visibility and community impact.
* Collaborate cross functionally with internal teams and stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with broader business goals.
The successful applicant will have:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a related field
* Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere
* Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and various email marketing software
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
* Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team environment
* Superior time management and organisational skills, capable of prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines
