You will encourage the growth of the global Field Engineering team's core service competency.Primary Responsibilities:You will work with the Field Sales team to ensure the right tire is being applied to maximize product performance and minimize warranty risk (i.e., match product features and benefits with customers' needs).You will represent the eyes and ears of the Field team as the conduit to the Development Engineers to quickly respond to field issues or changes for continuous improvement. Report on all priority P-number development builds delivered to customers in your region, emphasizing large haulage tires.You will aid in the performance reporting and overall continuous improvement effort of the large haulage tires program.
