About the role
Select Staffing are seeking an experienced Accounts Officer/Administrator to join our clients team located in the southern suburbs of Perth. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to apply your accounting skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Our clients are a leading 30 staff manufacturing business to multiple industries across Australia and overseas.
What you'll be doing
* Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable (20 to 30 invoices per day)
* Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers
* Bank reconciliations and financial reporting
* Providing administrative support
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
* Adhering to financial policies and procedures
* Invoicing
* Payroll for 30 members of staff
* XERO and Employment Hero software
* Full time hours (Monday to Friday)
What we're looking for
* Relevant experience in accounts officer/administrator role
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial data
* Proficient in using XERO, MS Office Suite and ideally Employment Hero software
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Must have valid Australian work rights
