Executive Leadership Role
This senior executive position leads the People and Safety team at Council's Administration Office in Moruya, overseeing strategic human resources services and HR consultancy advice.
* Strategic leadership of human resources across the organisation
* Development and monitoring of Council's Workforce Strategy as part of the Delivery Program & Operational Plan
* High-level HR and WHS consultancy advice on Industrial Relations, workplace safety, and performance management
* Workforce management and transformation to create a safe and positive work environment
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and management skills, with experience in human resources and workforce development. A satisfactory outcome from a National Criminal History Record Check is required for appointment to this position.
