A highly organized and detail-oriented team player is required to support the Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment.
This part-time position will provide support across various tasks including travel bookings, document organization, meeting minutes, presentation formatting, event logistics, and general admin duties.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or in a comparable administrative role. They will be proficient in using scheduling tools such as Outlook Calendar and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The successful candidate will be flexible, responsive, and able to adapt to changing priorities. They will also have a high level of availability and be able to step up to provide full-time cover for the Executive Assistant during periods of leave.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented administrative assistant who is looking for a fast-paced role with loads of variety. * Assist with preparation for leadership and Board meetings, including taking minutes, distributing follow-ups and preparing professional presentations and business documents using SharePoint
* Support the EA with a range of administrative tasks including calendar management, travel and accommodation bookings, managing expenses and credit cards
* Coordinate with suppliers, schedule appointments, and assist with errands such as gift sourcing or arranging property maintenance
* Help set up internal business events, including catering pickups and venue coordination
* Be an active contributor to team culture initiatives and engage with colleagues both in-person and remotely where needed
