Service Reception

The Role

We are seeking a Customer focused individual who is a strong multitasker, with the ability to think under pressure to join our fast-paced service team offering exceptional experience to our Customers. Specific responsibility will include but not be limited to:

  • Answering calls and returning calls on behalf of the Service Department
  • Arranging service bookings.
  • Arranging mobility (uber, taxi, loan cars, courtesy bus) for customers
  • Directing messages and enquiries as appropriate
  • Preparing of repair orders and updating customer details on our database
  • Managing the service department email inbox of all incoming enquiries
  • Assist the Service Manager with general office administration requirements
  • Stationary orders, Banking, Filing

Candidate Skills

  • A commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
  • A confident happy phone manner
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-skill and prioritise duties
  • Work in a team environment
  • Previous experience in a similar position or within the retail automotive industry would be desirable

Available roles are Monday - Friday, with rostered Saturdays.

Automotive Technician

We are seeking a hard-working automotive technician, who shares our commitment to providing quality work and service to our customers. Specific responsibility will include but not limited to:

  • Providing expert advice about the mechanical condition of vehicles
  • Ability to think on your feet
  • Logbook Servicing, minor and major repairs, warranty repairs and pre-delivery inspections
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with a variety of vehicles
  • Test driving and conducting quality assurance inspections
  • Provided quality customer service
  • Used vehicle reconditioning

Candidate Skills

  • Minimum Certificate III in Automotive (LV)
  • Manual Drivers Licence
  • Commitment to workplace safety
  • Ability to multi-task and think on your feet
  • Dealership experience is desired
  • RWC licence and A/C licence is an advantage

Available roles are Monday - Friday, with rostered Saturdays. Dealership experience is highly regarded, all previous brand experience will be considered.

Wheel Aligner / Tyre Fitter Specialist

We are seeking a wheel aligner / tyre fitter specialist, who shares our commitment to providing quality work and service to our customers. Specific responsibility will include but not limited to:

  • Providing expert advice about the maintenance and condition of tyres on vehicles
  • Ability multitask and think on your feet
  • Test driving and conducting quality assurance inspections
  • Provided quality customer service

Candidate Skills

  • Manual Drivers Licence
  • Commitment to workplace safety
  • Dealership or tyre specific experience is desired

Available roles are Monday - Friday, with rostered Saturdays. Dealership experience is highly regarded, all previous brand experience will be considered.

Service Advisor - Expressions of interest

The Role

We are seeking guest focused individual who is a strong multitasker, with the ability to think under pressure to join our fast paced service teams offering exceptional experience to guests. Specific responsibility will include but not limited to:

  • Answering calls and returning calls on behalf of the Service Department
  • Meeting and greeting customers.
  • Invoicing
  • Arranging service bookings and reporting
  • Arranging mobility (uber, taxi, loan cars, courtesy bus) for customers
  • Directing messages and enquiries as appropriate
  • Preparing of repair orders and updating customer details on our database
  • Managing the service department email inbox of all incoming enquires
  • Assist the Service Manager with general office administration requirements.

The role requires a team member to provide exceptional experience to our guests seeking to purchase vehicles. Specific responsibility will include but not limited to:

  • Sell New and Used Vehicles
  • Provide opportunity to guests for Accessories, Finance, Insurance and Aftermarket
  • Ensure that paperwork and contractual requirements are met relating to the sale
  • Coordinate delivery of the vehicle to the guest with our internal support teams
  • Ensure exceptional quest experiences and satisfaction

Candidate Skills

  • The role requires a team member that demonstrates skills such as;
  • Embody the hospitality quotient
  • Autonomous and diligent with the ability to take full ownership and accountability to your workload and results
  • A fast learner, conscientious with a strong work ethic
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Be punctual, reliable, adaptable and flexible

All roles are full time Monday - Saturday with rostered RDO's as applicable.

Accessory Fitter

We are seeking a hard-working Accessory Fitter, who shares our commitment to providing quality work and service to our customers. Specific responsibility will include but not limited to:

  • New and used Vehicle Accessory Fitment
  • Pre-deliver new vehicles in line with dealership and manufacturer guidelines
  • Diagnose and resolve any warranty repairs or fitment issues
  • Support Pre-Delivery team with other processes as required

Candidate Skills

  • Manual Drivers Licence
  • Commitment to workplace safety
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and think on your feet
  • Dealership Experience preferable
  • Automotive Serviceperson (Underbody ) Certifications complete or openness to complete
  • RWC licence, Automotive Electrical and A/C licence is an advantage

Available roles are Monday - Friday, with potential overtime if required.
