Position Summary: Assist with Concierge duties including; Valet parking cars, assisting with guest luggage and deliveries whilst taking a proactive approach to assist the rooms division wherever needed Handle general enquiries, engage and inspire guests through each guest experience Be fully conversant at all times with activities and facilities within the hotel, operating hours, costs, etc., as well as all aspects of Brisbane and its services, specifically tourist attractions, restaurants, theatre, shopping, etc. Ensure the foyer areas, driveways and Porte cochere are in a spotless condition at all times. Ensure the Concierge Desk is adequately stocked with stationery and all other requirements, eg. maps, tourist information, etc Valet park cars taking the utmost care as per departmental procedure.
