Ironbuilt Infrastructure is a growing civil construction contractor delivering key infrastructure projects across NSW, including sewer pump stations, sewer rising mains, water infrastructure and major civil works.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Civil Pipelayer to join our team working on projects across the Illawarra and South Coast.
About the Role
As part of our civil construction crew, you will be responsible for the installation of underground pipeline infrastructure and working closely with supervisors, operators and other crew members on site.
Key responsibilities include:
* Installation of sewer, water and stormwater pipelines
* Working with PE, PVC, concrete and ductile iron pipe systems
* Reading and interpreting construction drawings and set-out information
* Coordinating with site crews and excavator operators
* Maintaining high standards of safety, productivity and workmanship
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Proven experience as a Civil Pipelayer in infrastructure projects
* Ability to read drawings and set pipe grades accurately
* Experience installing sewer, stormwater or water infrastructure
* Strong understanding of safe trenching and installation practices
* White Card
* Driver's licence
