Our team values respect for others and the dedication needed to achieve our goals and build a bright future together.Specific ResponsibilitiesOverall ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end development of knit products until shipment, ensuring quality, vendor suitability, competitive pricing, and timely delivery.Support product development, costing, and price negotiations for knits.Assist in sampling approval processes, ensuring timely submissions and quality execution (lab dips, fabric color, and quality submissions).Regularly follow up on WIP (Work in Progress) and ensure timely reporting of delivery status.Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, and merchandising teams to negotiate prices, quantities, and schedules.Maximize customer interest within margin constraints.Build constructive relationships with customers, suppliers, and channel partners.Ensure vendors and factories schedule inspections timely.Coordinate with factories for VSL/space booking, shipping, and cargo handover.Ensure timely provision of shipping documents post-shipment.Report to business leaders as required, including ad-hoc projects like vendor compliance and documentation.Maintain communication with buyers and merchant teams regarding production and shipment status.Follow product category guidelines and serve as the key communicator for assigned product areas.Coordinate operational activities including proto sampling, costing, production tracking, and fabric/trim development.Negotiate prices with suppliers as designated by senior merchandisers or managers.Track critical paths, forecast delays, and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery.Identify production issues and collaborate with suppliers to find solutions.Oversee production in assigned factories, liaising with QA and factory management for quality, inspections, and deadlines.Perform general administrative tasks as needed.Our Best Fit Candidate Would HaveAdditional Requirements8-10 years of experience in merchandising.Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing, including construction, fabrication, trims, prints, knits, and denim products.Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and pay attention to detail.Professional qualification in a related field.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, Excel, etc.#LI-HR1
