In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing mortgage advisory services to clients, helping them navigate the complexities of the mortgage market and secure the best possible loan solutions to meet their financial needs.
What you'll be doing
Conducting comprehensive financial assessments and loan needs analyses for each client.
Researching and identifying the most suitable mortgage products and lender options to match client requirements.
Preparing detailed loan proposals and applications, and guiding clients through the entire loan application process.
Negotiating with lenders on behalf of clients to secure the most competitive rates and terms.
Maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and advice.
Staying up-to-date with changes in the mortgage and finance industry.
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker or in a similar financial advisory role, with a strong closing track record.
Excellent understanding of the legislation and the mortgage and lending market.
The ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
Relevant qualifications, such as a Diploma or Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
