About the Role This role involves working primarily at Southcare, within the Community Physiotherapy Team. Your responsibilities will include conducting home visits to deliver prescribed exercise programs and functional retraining, transporting and fitting mobility aids and other equipment, and assisting with Community Physiotherapy Exercise Groups.
